It is the smallest rural administrative unit of Karsin commune. The number of residents increases significantly during the summer tourist season. In the summer season, the work can be found in local hotels and guesthouses. Local bars, restaurants, taverns of the village flourish in that season. In the village are Czarnowodzianka, Largo, Lesna Przystan ‘Jasnochówka’ – holiday centres that have been here for decades and have their story within the village history.
The village boasts a rarely encountered accumulation of a traditional wooden building from the early 20th century located in the center of the village where the county road runs.
