The Palace and Park Complex in Klecewo

Made of brick on an ashlar foundation, it was built on a rectangular plan. It has an arcade portico with an avant corps and pointed towers. The facades are richly adorned with panoplies and coats of arms carved in stone. The arched window openings have profiled framing and arcaded friezes above. Rich woodcarving adorns the staircase balustrade. The ground-floor hall boasts a lavish stucco decor with a white-marble fireplace and a 10th-Century stove with white tiles. On top there is a gable roof. The porch faces east, while to the west there is a veranda overlooking a scenic lake with a foreland. The front facade heads east towards the driveway. After the War the estate served as a resort owned by a rubber plant (STOMIL Grudziądzkie Zakłady Przemysłu Gumowego) in Grudziądz. Since 1989 it has been in private hands.
