The building, constructed in 1925 as a boarding house, has maintained a practically-unchanged external form, while the renovation of the interiors made it possible to categorise it as a 3-star facility.
All hotel rooms have bathrooms equipped with showers, dryers and a set of cosmetics. The boarding house consists of eight single rooms, eleven double rooms, two three-person rooms and four studios (with partially-separated bedroom sections). All the rooms are equipped with LCD TV sets and refrigerators; 13 rooms are with balconies, and most of them have a frontal or lateral view of the sea. Free Wi-Fi is available in the whole facility. In some rooms there is the possibility to add an extra bed for children aged 12 or less.
The facility has its own restaurant for approximately 50 people, in which Polish and international cuisine is served. Next to the restaurant there is an elegant cafe bar. The fireplace room is also frequently used for catering purposes.
In the recreational area you can find a billiards room, mini fitness (orbitrec, electric running track, rowing machine) a traditional Finnish sauna, an infrared chamber, and a massaging chair. In the boarding house there is a small paid car park (for nine vehicles); there is also a possibility of parking along the street.
