After a warm-up we walk west along the edge of the forest and after 200m turn into the forest. After 1300m from the beginning of the walk we reach a pulse measuring point. Alongside the red route and the yellow route, which accompany us from the starting point, after 500m we reach the junction of all routes. An exercise board is located here. Having done the exercises we walk on and after 200m following the black route turn left. The red route leads straight. Following a forest road we climb a hill and having reached the peak we go downhill reaching an excellent quality forest road. Here, near the pole no. 21 the routes split. The black route turns right and we turn left. This section of the route is a wonderful opportunity for increasing the pace. After 3,4km from the beginning of the walk we reach a crossroads. The red route joins on the right and the black one from the opposite direction. We turn left and after several hundred metres we reach a vast clearing and go along the edge of the forest. After 4,3km from the beginning of the walk, following the signs, we enter the forest again. A 100m further we leave the road which goes along the ridge of the hill, turning right. A several hundred metre downhill walk will allow us to check our skills of walking in mountainous terrain. After 5,2km from the beginning of the walk we enter a forest ‘highway’ and turn left. After 400m we reach the edge of the forest. In front of us a view of Bolszewo with the dominant shape of GOSiW. On the right the red route and the black route join our route. We turn left here and after 6,2km we close the loop.
