Having done warm-up we cross a tarmac road and along Kaszubska Street we reach Długa Street. We turn left, cross a railway amd after 800 m turn left into Okrężna Street. We go straight towards the forset visible in the distance which we reach after 1.4km from the beginning of the walk. We walk on and the after further 1400m we see Lake Morzyc where we come across an exercise board. We turn left and after 4,3km from the beginning of the walk we reach a railway. The small trees growing in the middle of the railway are a clear sign that the railway has long been disused. 500m further, between the buildings ot the village of Niepoczołowice, we reach a tarmac road and turn left. The 200m tarmac section makes us realise that it is best to do Nordic Walking on soft surfaces. We turn left into the forest and after 5,8km from the beginning of the walk we reach a pulse measuring point. From now on we are accompanied by the red route. Going further east we leave the forest. On the left we can see two blue wind turbines. We raech a board which shows 4 groups of exercises which we can do. After further 1,1km we close the loop having walked 7,5km.
