After leaving the car park we walk along the pavement and after 700m by a small water reservoir we turn right. Having passed the buildings and crossing numerous watercourses after 1,9km from the beginning of the walk we reach the pulse measuring point, where we turn left. At this point we pass the black route. First along a road and than along a path we reach the Kopalino Lake in the middle of the forest , where we find the exercise boards and do some exercises using the examples shown on the board. After that we circle the lake turning left. 1km further we enter a tarmac road and after 5km from the beginning of the walk we close the loop. After another 600m we finish at the starting point.
