The trail covers two routes in the form of complementary loops. The shorter of these – Sosnowa – marked in blue – is nearly 2 km long, while the longer one – Bukowa – marked in red – is 3.4 km long. The trails feature exercise spots, including horizontal bars, benches and rest areas.

At the north-western end of the red route you can find the so-called mielerz – charcoal kiln. This is a place where colliers stacked wood, which, after being covered over with earth, was burnt to obtain charcoal. This, in turn, was used on an industrial scale as fuel by local smelters and blacksmith’s workshops, but also in households – for example, to heat irons. Colliery was a predatory activity which led to the devastation of forests.

An unquestionable attraction and a perfect addition to the route is the observation point on the Łeba-Reda proglacial stream valley, located near the kiln. Although it is not situated directly on the route, the path to it is well marked.
