It is currently the only Polish museum collecting and preserving clock mechanisms. Although the collection is not complete, the museum has a collection representative of the clock-making profession between the 15^th and 20^th Centuries. Besides caring for the collection of historical clock mechanisms, the Museum also cares for other examples of the clock-making profession throughout all Poland.
