The Nowa Wieś church is a brick building, decorated with horizontal plaster stripes in Romanesque-Revival style. In the middle of the facade there is a three-level tower with a square cross-section, topped with triangular gables and a pointed cupola. The windows of the body and the tower are closed with round arches.
