Corner balconies of different length and the corner part which is by one storey higher than the rest of the building add dynamicity to the building. The top of the corner part is decorated with two slats which as if embrace it. The building’s wing from the Kilińskiego Street’s side was seriously damaged during World War II – and restored soon after the war. The tenement house was designed by Jan Goździewski in 1931.
