The building from the street’s side has five storeys, the sixth storey is moved backwards from the yard’s side by offsets. They designed a terrace on the roof. Entrance hall and stairwells are very elegant, with a free-standing pillar and two-coloured terrazzo. The tenement house has two lifts – one in every stairwell. A big corner glazing in the form of a gentle bay window are suspended on 1st and 2nd storeys – before window frames were replaced in the 90’s it was possible to see construction columns of both storeys through their openwork span. Before the war the building used to house Bank Zachodni and Baltic Institute. This building is on Gdynia modernism route.
