Designers Zbigniew Kupiec and Stanisław Ziołowski designed equipped this asymmetrical body with a fan-like stairwell with stunning “dancing” stairs with a wide “soul”, “terrazzo” mosaic floors, marble balustrades and trims. However, there also were some problems: the building was not completed following the design which had assumed that the building would be by over 4 meters longer and finished with a façade with balconies, yet they managed to obtain a special consent from the Province Office and the tenement house could have as much as 5 storeys from the 10 Lutego Street’s side. This building is on Gdynia modernism route.
