There are two water plants: Lebien I, located on the right bank of the river and Lebien II on the left. Originally the accumulation of water was used to produce energy at a power plant on the right bank, and to drive the mill, which was burned during the war. In 1990 at the site of the destroyed building there was built a new water plant Lebien II. Both plants produce approx. 570 kWh per year. Lupawa flows through here and the attractiveness of the place adds a stone railway bridge located nearby.
