The wide arcade with nine pillars draws attention. There used to be a tradition in Żuławy that the material status of the owner was reflected in the number of pillars in the arcade. This would mean that the owner of the Lions’ Manor was a wealthy man. The location of this valuable monument at the busy Trakt św. Wojciecha is unfortunately unfavourable. The road in almost directly next to the arcade, while the vibrations made by the passing vehicles affect the stability of the house’s wooden elements. The building is currently under private ownership, which has protected it from destruction. Several years ago, the owner performed necessary work to adapt it to the purposes of a tavern in the future.
