The starting point is located in a forest car park nearby the promenade. Having left the car park we follow the signs along a wide alley towards the beach. After 100m we turn left into a narrow path alongside the fence. 200m further we enter a surfaced road turning right next to the barrier. After 1km we leave behind the black route turning left. We enter the most difficult section of our route. A very sandy road will accompany us for about 300m. We go along a winding forest road and after about 1,9km the red route joins our route. Here, next to the pulse measuring point, we turn left. After 2,6 km we reach the junction of four routes. After about 1 more km we finish our walk in the car park.
